Payroll Submission and Rollback Deadlines Extended

The deadline to submit or edit approved pay cycles has been extended from 4:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET.

We’re thrilled to announce that, effective January 9, we’ve extended the following payroll deadlines:

  • The standard payroll submission deadline has been extended from 4:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET.

  • The deadline to edit submitted pay cycles (ie: a rollback) has been extended from 4:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET.

These extensions will provide you with an additional hour to review your preview reports, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure that your pay cycles are accurate prior to submission. Your submission deadline in step 3 of payroll processing will be adjusted to reflect the extension.

Additionally, please note that as of January 9, 2020, any pay cycles that are submitted past your organization’s deadline will incur a charge of $100 per pay cycle for one-day wires.
